Our Story

About Us

Born in the heart of Provence, Philippe Beaulieu grew up surrounded by the scents of lavender, citrus, and warm chocolate from his grandmother’s kitchen. His passion led him to train in France’s most renowned culinary and chocolate schools, where he refined a style rooted in purity, nature, and French elegance.

Our Brand

In 2023, Philippe partnered with a team of passionate tastemakers in the United States to bring his vision across the Atlantic. Together, they launched Philippe Beaulieu Chocolatier in Miami—a collection of natural, high-end chocolate products that reflect his timeless savoir-faire and a fresh spirit of innovation.

Our Journey

Each piece is a reflection of his journey: ethically sourced, naturally made, and refined with soul. Rooted in France, born in Miami, and crafted without compromise—this is chocolate that tells a story. At Philippe Beaulieu Chocolatier, the legacy of French precision meets a deep respect for origin and purity. Our chocolates are made exclusively with single origin, organic, and ethically sourced Ecuadorian cacao, selected for its rich aromatic profile and exceptional quality. We work only with natural ingredients, free from additives or preservatives, to let the cacao and our craft speak for themselves.

The Philosophy

At Philippe Beaulieu Chocolatier, we believe chocolate is more than a treat—it is an expression of culture, craft, and connection. Each creation is guided by three values:

  • Integrity – only the finest natural ingredients, sourced responsibly.
  • Excellence – precision, artistry, and uncompromising standards.
  • Authenticity – letting cacao speak for itself, without additives or shortcuts.

Our Cacao

The soul of our chocolate begins in Ecuador, where we work exclusively with single-origin, organic, and ethically sourced cacao. We select only Fino de Aroma cacao, a rare variety recognized among the world’s top 8% for its delicate floral, nutty, and fruity notes. This prized cacao allows us to highlight the unique terroir of Ecuador, while preserving the natural complexity of the bean.
Every batch is carefully roasted, ground, and refined to capture the essence of the cacao, ensuring that each bar tells its own story of origin, character, and craft.

Craftsmanship

Every piece of chocolate that bears the Philippe Beaulieu name is made by hand in small batches. Our chocolate bars and chocolate-covered delicacies are more than confections—they are compositions. Each inclusion, from roasted nuts to candied fruits, is crafted in-house, allowing us to control every layer of flavor and texture. This meticulous attention to detail ensures that every bite is harmonious, balanced, and deeply satisfying. From bean to bar, we oversee every step with the precision and care of true artisans

A Signature Experience
